Deborah Jones is the Executive Director of Nine Gates Programs, Inc., serving as the spiritual leader and primary teacher of the Mystery Schools and other Graduate Programs. She is also the Founder of Nine Gates new 11-day experience, the Esoteric School. Deborah has worked intensely with wisdom keepers from around the world, practicing the healing arts, shamanism, the integrative application of the Hindu and Buddhist tantric paths, tribal trance dance, the transpersonal psychology of spiritual awakening through the energy and emotional bodies, and other ancient arts of the wisdom tradition schools.

Deborah Jones, as an organization development and management consultant for over 22 years, cultivated skills in business settings ranging from corporate law to leading large scale corporate change initiatives. After six years as the Senior Consultant for a fortune 400 company, she became a principal associate of Consult One Group, a management and organization development consulting affiliation, where she consulted with organizations such as Disney, Xerox, PepsiCo, 3M and Ford Motor Company.
Deborah received a B.A. in Business Management from Vermont College, an M.A. in Human Resource Development from Webster University, and was trained in quality management concepts and statistical tools at the Juran Institute.
Deborah is a 1998 graduate of the Nine Gates Mystery School. In 1999, she became the Executive Director of Nine Gates Programs, Inc. In her role as Executive Director and now as a teacher and Leader of the Nine Gates Mystery School, she weaves her experiences from corporate America together with her deep spiritual explorations and studies. Deborah is a bridge between business and spirit, bringing the two together as form and process, as inspiration and manifestation.
