After six years as the Senior Consultant for a fortune 400 company, she became a principal associate of Consult One Group, a management and organization development consulting affiliation, where she consulted with organizations such as Disney, Xerox, PepsiCo, 3M and Ford Motor Company.

Rev. Bill Redfield

Shabda Kahn

Shabda has been a disciple of Sufism since 1969. He is a direct disciple of Murshid Samuel Lewis and in his youth spent years with Pir Vilayat Khan. Shabda currently serves as the Pir (Spiritual Director) of the Sufi Ruhaniat International and Director of the Chisti Sabri School of Music. Shabda is an Indian Classical Vocalist, Raga singer and teacher, and has performed for His Holiness the Dalai Lama. Shabda is also a disciple of the illustrious Tibetan Master, the 12th TaiSitu Rinpoche. He is currently the Spiritual Director of the Dances of Universal Peace worldwide.

Munir Peter Reynolds

Munir is a Sufi, a guitarist, senior Dance mentor, and a Sheikh in the Sufi Ruhaniat International order. He holds an M.A. in Culture and Spirituality from Holy Names College and worked for years as a professional body worker and healer. Since 1995, Munir has led the Dances of Universal Peace at Sufi camps and retreats throughout the world and serves on the Guidance Council for the Dances. He is former Executive Director of Dances of Universal Peace International. His life is devoted to awakening consciousness, serving a more just and integrated world.

Michael Eller

Michael uses the Native American tradition to knit together his body of wisdom. Under the tutelage of his Navajo teacher, Michael turned inward to uncover a ceaseless exploration into himself. His shamanic training also includes in-depth studies under Swami Muktananda, a world renowned teacher in the Indian Hindu tradition.

Kokomon Clottey

Kokomon Clottey, was born to the Ga-Adagbe tribe in Accra, the capital of Ghana in West Africa. The Ga society is rich with ancient codes of conduct, deep spiritual beliefs and awesome rituals of power.

Onye Onyemaechi

Onye Onyemaechi is the founding director of Village Rhythms. Onye’s drumming and dance artistry has electrified audiences in the United States and abroad for over thirty years.

Onye was raised in the African Christian traditions that embrace the teachings of the Holy Spirit. He is an African Mystic and faith healer, with a deep relationship with Christ and the Holy Mother Mary. Onye’s ministry of music, prayer and healing draws individuals nearer to Divinity and the miracles of life.

Sobonfu Some

Before Sobonfu was born, she spoke from her mother’s belly telling the Village Elders her purpose. That purpose is to bring ritual and the teachings of community to the West. As a young woman not yet speaking English, she arrived in the United States. From the moment her feet hit our soil, the teachings were infused in this part of the Earth.
